Hiya people's just letting you know that im still alive, Well i've been a bit of a busy bee at the moment with buying the camper van and site seeing so i have not been on the net so much as i should have been and i think that the ada appreciation club is felling a little bit left out!!!!!!!!
So here we go , this little one's for the man called Fipzie as i know he's waiting for us to tell him about the van that we have bought , well its a toyota (mini bus) a little bit like the one out of scooby doo,and it has all the camping gear on it already such as 2 three man tents, cooker, ,pots and pans,2 blow up beds and pump, cool boxes for the beer's the main peice of equipment, table and chairs,so its quite well kitted out ,It has 7 months rego left on it, We payed $3000 for it and i've just had a bit of work done on it as we are going to travel quite a distance in the old beast , The plan is to go up through broome and try and get some work ,I might of got us some work on a sheep farm , Chris is well excited about this and dashed out and has bought him self a pair off wellys with loose tops im not sure what thats all about but Chris say's that Matt tomas will know !!!!!!!! (lol)
Well so far in perth I've seen quite a lot of the sites the first one that i went to was Rottnest Island, This is about 19 kilometres from the coast of fremantle and you can only get there buy the ferry which takes only 30 mins and is quite a exciting ride,on the way i saw dolphins playing and leaping from the water , Once you arrive at the Island the main transport is by bike as there are few cars on the Island, the island has many beaches and lagoons to explore and make good places to snorkel and surf.
The next place i went to was the fremantle prision this was a very interesting place i thought, the prision was only shut down 10 years ago and now has been made ito a working museum for the public , it would take me forever to tell you about it so i wont bore the pants off ya all and move on to the next one .
Me chris and mishelle took the van for a test run and went to a place called bunbury this is all the way down south all the way to the margret river, I really liked it there clean and tidy and it had 50 vinyard's in a half hour drive drive of which you could stop and do wine tasting in every one of them for (free) how cool is that .we also done some cheese tasting, and went to the chocalate factory Chris could'nt go in as he lost his golden ticket, and i was upset as they did'nt have any umpa lumpas there i will never watch willy wonka ever again, but the chocalate was well nice , then back to the campsite for a drink and a sleep !!!
The next place i went to was the wave rock this is about 4 hours away and was well worth it the rock its self was formed under ground and pushed through the surface of the earth to form a massive rock in the shape of a 19" wave pretty cool i think ,Then i done the most common thing by tourists and pretended to surf on it ,Never mind you can't take me anywere lol!!!!!!!!!!
And if you all want to know about our travels up north you will all have to tune in luv ya all the radsterxxxxxxxxxxx
